HM1179 is the latest addition to our range of office chair replacements. This is a 5pc replacement set with wheels that incorporate all the features you want from such a product. This caster wheel provides a smooth and quiet roll without annoying squeaks, thanks to its robust construction and the appropriate materials used. The soft elastic polyurethane that surrounds the wheel makes it ideal for any kind of surface without injuring it. It rolls smoothly whether your chair is on a wooden floor, tile, carpet, or anywhere else.

MATERIAL:
The connecting shafts (pins) to the chair base are made of high-quality steel, while the rest of the metal parts of the castor are made of aviation-grade steel.
The bearing is a high quality ABEC 9 type.
The wheel rim is made of hard nylon plastic, specially designed for this kind of applications.
The wheel is made of transparent elastic polyurethane that surrounds the rim.

Usually, suspensions get stuck in the "star" after many years of use, and you need to tap the old "star" evenly with a hammer to dislodge it from the suspension. Then simply clip the new star onto the suspension and the chair is ready for use.
