HM1179 is the latest addition to our range of office chair replacements. This is a 5pc replacement set with wheels that incorporate all the features you want from such a product. This caster wheel provides a smooth and quiet roll without annoying squeaks, thanks to its robust construction and the appropriate materials used. The soft elastic polyurethane that surrounds the wheel makes it ideal for any kind of surface without injuring it. It rolls smoothly whether your chair is on a wooden floor, tile, carpet, or anywhere else.

MATERIAL:
The connecting shafts (pins) to the chair base are made of high-quality steel, while the rest of the metal parts of the castor are made of aviation-grade steel.
The bearing is a high quality ABEC 9 type.
The wheel rim is made of hard nylon plastic, specially designed for this kind of applications.
The wheel is made of transparent elastic polyurethane that surrounds the rim.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

MAINTENANCE: The caster wheels do not require any real maintenance except a quick cleanup to remove any hairs from the rolling axles for better rolling.

INSTALLATION: The caster wheels are easy to install without any tools. Just pull out your old office chair casters and push in your new caster wheels until the stems are firmly seated and secure.

MAINTENANCE:

If there is a stain that does not come out with a wet cloth, then only a mild detergent with a neutral effect is used.
The other parts of the chair are incredibly durable and can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Castors should be cleaned of hair that accumulates on the roller shafts to avoid any difficulty in rolling.

INSTALLATION:
Replacing the suspension can be done relatively easily. First, remove the seat from the old suspension with a light shake with some tool to release the adjustment knob (button).
