The set of 2 KREST coffee tables consists of 2 tables of different sizes in BROWN color with a travertine tabletop in its WHITE color. CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
The set is made of solid ACACIA wood. Acacia wood is one of the best types of wood on the market. Its mechanical strength and mechanical properties approach those of other known woods, such as beech, oak, afzelia, teak and others. Acacia wood is of high biological strength, which means that it has excellent resistance to the action of microorganisms that could destroy the material and structures.
Travertine is a sedimentary stone type of limestone made from mineral deposits from natural springs. The chemical process which creates travertine gives its stunning pitted texture and makes each piece unique. It gives a rustic and “warm” feel to any space.

*The existing cracks or those that may be created over time are due to the contraction-expansion of the living organism called solid wood, and are not a manufacturing defect, giving originality and unique design to your space. During the production process, existing cracks are smoothed and stabilized with material made from the same wood. Therefore, there may be color variations and differences in product dimensions due to the dimensions of the treated wood. These are not a product defect.

MAINTENANCE:
The set does not need special maintenance. A sweep with a wet cloth is enough, and if there are stains you can use a mild spray to clean your table. In general, even in the case of stains, the secret is to clean quickly before the wood gets permanently stained.
Usually, a swift wipe with a wet cloth is enough to clean the travertine. In case of spilling acidic materials on it, we recommend cleaning it quickly before it stains. You can, also, use stone sealants available on the market for long term protection.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
The tabletop is made of HPL cover on MDF. This is bakelite also known as laminate, which is a coating material made of synthetic resin, durable and hard. Its real name, then, is High Pressure Laminate 'HPL'. Bakelite as a material can have a matte or glossy finish. It is placed on MDF, and its main characteristics are its resistance to impacts, abrasion and stains, its resistance to the creation of bacteria and finally its color stability to sunlight and artificial lighting. It also shows resistance to high temperatures, with excellent resistance to fire, scratches and it is particularly resistant to water.

The legs are acrylic. Acrylic, also known as plexiglass, is a type of shatter-resistant, flexible plastic — this material is strong and unlikely to break. Acrylic also tends to be even more transparent than glass and derives from polypropylene plastic.

MAINTENANCE:
Dusting at regular intervals and wiping with a damp cloth is enough to maintain the table. For the tabletop you can also use mild cleaners readily found on the market, but not on the acrylic legs where, as mentioned, a wipe with a damp cloth is ideal.
