MATERIAL: The frame of this armchair is made of wood. As a result, its weight and wear resistance is impeccable and that makes it time resistant as well!
The legs are made of metal and at the bottom of them, there are plastic plugs to protect any kind of floor.
The seat and back of the armchair are padded with foam which is really comfortable for long hours of use.
The upholstery of the armchair is made entirely of velvet. Velvet is the fabric that leaves no one unmoved! Whether it covers small or large surfaces, it can only make its presence felt in the space and magnetize the eyes.
It is a soft, leisurely, enjoyable and elegant fabric that is impossible to resist. The good thing is that it can be easily harmonized with any kind of decoration, offering true elegance.

MAINTENANCE: The arrangement of the metal legs does not need special maintenance, only a sweep with a damp cloth.
However, the truth is that most people avoid buying velvet items because they believe that they are easily damaged and difficult to clean. It is obviously a delicate fabric that needs special care, but if treated carefully, it has the ability to remain unharmed for many years.
To keep the velvet clean and fluffy, it is good to clean it once a week with a vacuum cleaner. Apply a soft brush, put the gentle program on your broom and wipe the entire surface in the direction of the fiber.
You will see that the dust will be removed immediately and the fabric will become like new.
Do not place heavy objects on the velvet armchair for a long time, as there is a risk of leaving a mark and reducing the volume of the pile.
Under no circumstances should you rub velvet. Even if you need to remove a stain, do not rub it. Wet a soft cloth with water and dab locally on the stain. For more difficult stains, dip the cloth in a solution of ammonia and water (1/1),
clean the stain and then wipe with a dry cotton cloth in the opposite direction of the hair. Synthetic leather cloths, used for cleaning cars, are also strongly advisable to use.
Finally, if the velvet you want to clean is made of silk, then it would be preferable to seek expert help.
